I hollowed out several Roma tomatoes and topped them with sea salt, basalmic vinegar and fresh basil and grilled them skin side down (which sheds the skins). I tossed carrots, zucchini, and red pepper in olive oil, pepper, and Montreal Seasoning. I baked several small Yukon potatoes I basted with olive oil and grilled a single ear of corn. Lastly, a couple of beef sausages.
