Les Miserable Web Experience

Take a look at the screen grab below. It was captured while trying to purchase tickets to see Les Miserables at a theater in Paris. Needless to say, the tickets were not purchased as there was simply no confidence in what we were buying (it appears tickets are sold in pairs, thus if a person bought '2' ...) or even how we might receive the tickets.

I've seen websites that were lacking in visual affordances and then there is this. I mean, what is supposed to go in the empty text boxes? Anybody? Bueller? Bueller?

And last but not least: see that lone, label-less radio button? Merde de chien Saint! That's no radio button. That's the 'next' button!

Without a single clue as to what information to provide or how to even proceed, our prospects of getting tickets are looking about as slim as the average French Punk band. Lame.
